How it works
FARM → ROAST → DOOREVERY MONTH

How it works
FARM → ROAST → DOOREVERY MONTH
- Always in-season, picked at peak harvest
- Roasted at origin a few months after harvest to capture peak flavor
- Packed and shipped the same week it’s roasted
Empowering Coffee Communities at Origin
When we roast at origin, more of the coffee’s value stays in the communities that grow it. Local roasting creates jobs, supports small producers, and keeps more profits where they belong: at the source.

Red Fruit, Dry Plum, and a Chocolate Aftertaste
This month, we’re revisiting a previous favorite from Quellouno, Peru.
Raul Gutierrez and his family produce coffee together on their farm in the Cusco region. The opportunity to work with specialty coffee inspired his wife and children to return from the city and help strengthen the family operation.
With their combined effort, the Gutierrez family has refined their Bourbon and Typica cultivars to new levels, including experimenting with different fermentation techniques at the farm.
Roasted by Alberto Rivas, Q Grader, in Lima, Peru
Every Cup Tells a Story
It is fascinating to make my palate learn about the effects of different sources and different methods of preparing it before roasting. Am continuing to enjoy this opportunity and to learn about the farms and growers.
Delicious coffee. Always fresh. I'm very happy with my subscription.
